The Internet and All Its Uses

It seems like the Internet has made everything easier. I am an older guy and at first I refused early adoption of this new medium. Let’s say I was stuck in my way. Over time I couldn’t deny the prevalence of the Internet, and eventually I jumped on the bandwagon and started doing minimal tasks online. I started off small with seldom browsing and email. From here I learned to love the Internet and now I use it for everything from maintaining my own blog to using it to buy coffee online. I can’t believe I neglected to use it for so long after learning of all its uses. I wasn’t an early adopter, but now that I have started using the Internet I have been using it more than my children. I can show them the basics of web development to maintaining a WordPress blog with all of its various plug-ins. You can’t pull me away from my computer now.

David Bruce Winery

David Bruce was at one time a South Bay Dermatologist trying to move winemaking along a more modern course during the 60′s and 70′s, how things have changed! Never a fit for cheap wine clubs David Bruce Winery was among the first and perhaps the absolute first in California to release a white Zinfandel which at one point in the 1980′s looked poised to take over the white wine market in the state. Production now sits at around sixty thousand cases of wine per year with a focus on Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel and Syrah. Bruce also talked at length about how Pinot Noir was uniquely suited to California as far back as the 1960′s and his obsession with the grape continues to this day. He now makes Pinot Noir from across the state and is largely credited with helping to save the grape from extinction within the Golden State, which all wine lovers can be thankful for.
